Terms of Service

(including End User License Agreement) Effective Date: March 12, 2026 Operated by: Dhakshin Ventures LLC (DBA FlierLink), Texas, United States These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the FlierLink platform, including mobile applications, websites, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account, downloading the application, accessing the website, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use FlierLink.

1. License Grant

Dhakshin Ventures LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the FlierLink Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license applies to the mobile applications, website, and any related software or services provided by FlierLink. You may not:
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
  • Modify or create derivative works of the platform
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to FlierLink systems or services
  • Use the Service for unlawful or harmful purposes
All rights not expressly granted remain the property of Dhakshin Ventures LLC.

2. User Accounts & Eligibility

To use certain features of FlierLink, you may be required to create an account.
  • Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
  • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
  • Account Termination: FlierLink reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose risks to the community.
Accounts may be created through supported authentication methods such as email, Google sign-in, Apple sign-in, or other providers.

3. User-Generated Content (UGC)

FlierLink allows users to create and share content such as:
  • User profiles and usernames
  • Profile photos
  • Travel preferences
  • Trip plans and travel information
  • Messages and conversations
You retain ownership of the content you submit. By posting or sharing content through the Service, you grant FlierLink a limited license to host, display, and process such content as necessary to operate the platform. You are solely responsible for the content you submit, post, or share. FlierLink does not endorse or guarantee the accuracy of user-generated content.

4. Objectionable Content Policy

FlierLink maintains a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable or abusive content to ensure a safe community. Prohibited content includes, but is not limited to:
  • Harassment, bullying, threats, or hate speech
  • Sexually explicit, inappropriate, or offensive material
  • Fraudulent or misleading travel information
  • Impersonation of individuals or organizations
  • Spam, scams, or unauthorized commercial solicitation
  • Content that violates applicable laws or regulations
FlierLink reserves the right to remove content that violates these policies. Users who repeatedly violate these policies may have their accounts suspended or permanently banned.

5. Reporting, Blocking, and Enforcement

FlierLink provides tools to help users maintain a safe experience:
  • Reporting: Users may report objectionable content or abusive users directly within the Service or by emailing support@flierlink.com.
  • Blocking: Users may block other users at any time to prevent further interaction.
FlierLink reviews reports as quickly as reasonably possible. Content found to violate these Terms may be removed, and offending users may be warned, restricted, suspended, or permanently banned. FlierLink aims to address valid reports of objectionable content within 24 hours whenever reasonably possible.

6. Public Profiles and Privacy

FlierLink is designed to limit exposure of sensitive personal information. Public profiles may display:
  • Username
  • Optional profile photo
  • Travel preferences or interests
FlierLink does not publicly display sensitive personal information, including:
  • Full legal name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Home address
Users should avoid sharing personal identifying information in public posts

7. Trip Plans and User Interactions

Trip plans are public by default, allowing other users to view them and reach out if they wish. Only your username is displayed publicly; all other personal details such as email, phone number, and full name remain private.

Users are responsible for managing their interactions. You may choose to respond, ignore, block, or report other users through the tools provided by FlierLink.

FlierLink does not guarantee the accuracy of user-generated content, including trip plans and travel information.

8. User Interactions

FlierLink is a platform that enables travelers to discover and communicate with each other. FlierLink does not conduct background checks on users and is not responsible for the conduct of any user on or off the Service. Any interactions or meetings between users, whether online or offline, are undertaken at the users’ own discretion and risk.

9. Intellectual Property

All software, branding, design elements, and intellectual property associated with the FlierLink Service are owned by Dhakshin Ventures LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit any part of the Service without prior written permission.

10. Platform Provider Terms

If you access FlierLink through a third-party platform such as an app store:
  • You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Dhakshin Ventures LLC, not with the platform provider.
  • Platform providers have no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the Service.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, platform providers are not responsible for claims related to the Service.

11. Legal Compliance & Export Control

You represent that:
  • You are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo
  • You are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties

12. Disclaimer of Warranty

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. Dhakshin Ventures LLC makes no guarantees regarding:
  • Availability or uninterrupted access
  • Accuracy of user-provided content
  • Error-free operation of the Service
Use of the Service is at your own risk.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dhakshin Ventures LLC and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:
  • Use of the Service
  • Interactions between users
  • User-generated content
  • Service interruptions or technical issues

14. Changes to These Terms

FlierLink may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on the FlierLink website. Continued use of the Service after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
