1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FlierLink (via iOS, Android, or Web), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use FlierLink.

2. User Accounts & Eligibility

  • Users must be 13 years or older.
  • Account creation requires email verification or sign-in via Google/Apple authentication providers.
  • Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and are accountable for all activity under their account.

3. Public Profile and User Content

  • FlierLink displays only your username (user-chosen or randomly generated) and optionally uploaded profile photo.
  • Your travel preferences (e.g., seating, companions, interests) are visible to other users for filtering/search.
  • Your full name, email, phone number, or other PII are never shared publicly.
  • All content (messages, trip plans, posts) must comply with our community standards (see Section 6).

4. Trip Sharing and Privacy Controls

  • Users can choose to generate shareable trip links (onward, return, or one-way segments).
  • These links are user-controlled and show only limited details: flight route, travel dates, and traveler count.
  • Trip plans are private by default unless explicitly shared via links.

5. Moderation & Content Management

  • All chat messages and posts are automatically moderated using Google’s moderation services.
  • FlierLink reserves the right to remove, review, or restrict content that violates our standards or any applicable law.

6. Community Guidelines and Acceptable Use

We encourage safe, respectful, and relevant interactions. Prohibited behavior includes:

  • Harassment, hate speech, bullying, or discriminatory conduct
  • Posting misleading trip information or impersonating others
  • Sharing inappropriate or explicit content
  • Soliciting, spamming, or promoting commercial services
  • Tampering with app functionality or security

Violations may result in warnings, suspensions, or permanent bans.

7. Content Policy

  • Users must ensure any content they submit (including posts, usernames, and shared trips) complies with FlierLink’s standards and local laws.
  • We reserve the right to remove any content deemed harmful, irrelevant, or offensive.

8. Safety Policy

  • Do not share personal identifying information such as your phone number, email address, or home address within public posts or shared trips.
  • Report any suspicious behavior or safety concerns to our moderation team immediately.

9. Data Retention and Deletion

  • User chats, preferences, and trip details are stored securely in Firebase.
  • Users can request account deletion at any time; we will erase associated data except where retention is legally required.

10. Intellectual Property

  • All content and branding on FlierLink belong to Dhakshin Ventures LLC.
  • You may not reproduce, copy, or exploit any part of FlierLink without express permission.

11. Disclaimer of Warranty

FlierLink is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlierLink and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

13. Modifications to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of FlierLink constitutes acceptance of any changes. Updated terms will be posted on our website.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, USA.
